If you would like to increase any deposit limit applied, we urge you to consider carefully if it is the right thing to do. To give you time to think about your decision we will apply a minimum of 24 hour waiting period before any increases are applied.
If ever feel like you want to take a break from your gambling for whatever reason you can do so by applying a time out on your account. This can be for a period of 24 hours up to six months.
As soon as you request time out you will not be permitted to bet with Jem Racing. You may withdraw any balance in this time. Your account will be automatically be reopened when the timeout has passed.
If you feel that you may be developing or may have a gambling problem we strongly urge you to consider self-exclusion. If you want to stop gambling for any other reason please consider a time-out or account closure.
A Self-exclusion means that you can close your account for a specific period and it cannot be reversed. During this time you may withdraw any balance but no gambling will be allowed on your account all the time the self-exclusion is active. After yourself exclusion ends you would need to contact us if you wanted to re-open and a 24 hour cooling off period will be applied before any deposits/bets can be placed.
